Aaron Harrison Cragin correspondence 1868-1876

Aaron Harrison Cragin (1821-1898) was a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 1852 to 1855, and was elected by the American Party to the Thirty-fourth Congress and as a Republican to the Thirty-fifth Congress. The correspondence consists of eleven letters sent to Cragin between 1868 and 1876. The letters discuss political matters, including his work on behalf of the Committee on Naval Affairs. There is one letter written by Cragin to General Orville E. Babcock, as well as autographs sent to Worthington Chauncey Ford
